Hello Family and Friends, sorry for the delay in getting updates, just been very busy!
Emma is doing great! she met her goal of 100 boxes of girl scout cookies and she will head off to girl scout camp on March 21 -22. She is just the greatest daughter in the world, such a great big sister and example to her brother, she still doesn't like him in her room, but loves him so much. Back in February, Emma and Nick went to the daddy daughter dance hosted by the girl scouts, they had some fun, although she thought the music was too loud! She also went up and bore her testimony for the first time today, so amazing to see how much faith a child has, I learn more from my children then they learn from me. Emma also has her first soccer game on the 7th of March and is excited to play!
Rick is more rowdie than Emma ever was, such a little man! He is like Nick in so many ways and I love it. He is now 18 mos and in Nursery, yeah! a milestone! He just loves to play with his friend Tyler Saville. We've been going to toddler time at the library and he loves to look at the books. He also loves to run and is very FAST! maybe I'll lose this last bit of baby weight just keeping up with him. He also loves soccer, he will chase the ball and kick it around and around and let me tell you, he has a good kick to him, natural athlete! I am so blessed to have these two precious spirits in my life and I thank my Heavenly Father Daily for my family.
I am nursing a spranged ankle and decided to stop training for the half marathon next month, just focusing on recovery and still enjoying working part time at old navy, I also just picked up a couple of new clients to train, and getting back to my old self again. Nick is doing great at work and just being a great husband and father, he just finished off a season of basketball and will help asst coash Emma's soccer team. The weather is wet and warm, we get just as much rain as Utah gets snow, but will still take the rain over snow anyday!
Here are a few pics to enjoy! love you all!

Hey Marcia- I miss ya! I'll be back in a week and then we'll have to have some serious play dates. San Antonio is great and quite the interesting place- we went to sea world yesterday- tyler loved that! it wore him out though. Oh, and he's teething, so we've had low grade fevers to deal with and he doesn't want to eat- poor guy. Anywho- so Ben's advisor from UnC is here and was giving an introduction about Ben. She found the picture of me and him dancing from your blogsite- she just googled our names and she found your blog with our picture on it, so she used it in her presentation! It was funny, but we were trying to solve the mystery of how she got it and I think I just did! funny, funny- ha haha!! Great pictures- so cute! Look at Emma all dressed up!
HOLY COW!! Emma and Rick are so big! They look so stinking cute. I can't wait til we can see them again, who knows when! Thanks for the great chat yesterday. We sure miss you guys and are so glad to see that you are all doing well. Make sure to give them big hugs and smoochies for their aunt Heather. Love you guys!!
