Happy Birthday Ricky

 

Happy Birthday to my lil' Man!  Rick had a Dark Knight theme, and the day was spent with family, no big friend party this year....mama was in recovery from a hysterectomy a few days prior and needed to keep it simpler.  The day started off at the Fiesta Fun Center: Go Carts, Bumper Boats, miniature golf, and arcades.  Rabecca, Erik and the girls came by the celebrate with a bbq and cake and ice cream.  Rick scored mostly Lego Batman toys and loves to play the lego batman wii game. He is very into Legos right now and loves to build and put things together, he is always helping daddy out in the garage.  Rick attends Smaller Scholars Pre-K program at the WCCC 5 days a week and loves his school.   He also just started Soccer, the Red Ninjas. 

 

Yes, Rick got to drive his own bumper boat....so big!!!

 

Sam & Tyrel Wedding

 

Aug 17th, Sam and Tyrel got married in Heber Valley at the Olympic Lodge, such a beautiful area.  Emma was the prettiest flower girl.  Such a wonderful weding, Tyrel is a nice addition to the family!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Emma turns 9

August 2, What a wonderful 9th birthday spent with cousins.  Heather and the family came to celebrate with us.  We grabbed some pizzas and headed to down town splash pad.   Then onto Anitgravity for the indoor trampoline floors.  The kids had an awesome fun time and even Heather got in on the fun, she hasn't let her MS slow her down too much.  The cousins sure get a long great, so nice to be closer to them.  We finished the night with mexican food and cake pops. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Independence Day Fun

Started the day off with riding the motorcycles to the parade, then made our way over to the park for games and booths.  Kids went on fun rides and down the giant water slide, yes even I got into the fun of getting wet and going down the slide.  We met up with Rabecca, Erik and the girls to hang out with and then ate lunch at Red Robin (Yumm).  We then met up at the park again for dinner and fireworks, classic 4th of July fun!

 

Memorial Day Weekend 2012

Memorial Day Weekend FUN!  It all started on Sat the 26th, we packed up and headed

to Bryce Canyon, it was a colder than usual day, a cold front came through and it was actually pretty cold and windy- but that didn't stop me from wearing shorts and my chacos!

The kids really enjoyed the day at Bryce and hiking around.  Bryce has changed a lot

in the last 10 years and was such a fun family day!

 

 

The next day on the 27th, We headed a little south to Little Black Mountain, AZ

So Cool to see these Indian markings and kids love climbing on the rocks.

The next day on the 28th we took the kids to see "The Avengers" and it was soo

awesome!!! Rick LOVED it and keeps asking to see it again.
